What You'll Do
As a CSM at Law Firm Marketing Pros, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value law firm clients.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by developing a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and success metrics. Serve as their advocate within the organization to ensure their needs are consistently met.
Monitor performance metrics and campaign outcomes using advanced AI-powered reporting tools to ensure clients achieve — and exceed — their expected results. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and present data-driven, AI-informed recommendations.
Provide responsive, transparent, and professional communication at every stage of the client journey. Ensure clients feel supported, valued, and confident in their partnership with Law Firm Marketing Pros.
Leverage your marketing expertise and knowledge of AI-powered tools to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Offer advanced insights including AI-driven lead generation, automation, and GEO/AEO positioning.
Work closely with SEO specialists, content strategists, and account management teams to align deliverables with client objectives and ensure seamless execution of all campaigns across every marketing channel.
Stay ahead of AI-driven search developments, SEO algorithm updates, GEO, AEO, and evolving industry best practices. Demonstrate both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise with AI-powered tools for continuous performance improvements.
