The My Law Video Department is responsible for planning, producing, and optimizing high-quality video content that enhances client branding, builds trust, and drives engagement across digital channels. This department plays a critical role in supporting lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing performance for law firm clients.
The team manages the full video lifecycle — from strategy and scripting to production, editing, and distribution — ensuring all content aligns with the client's brand voice, legal compliance standards, and marketing objectives. The department works closely with Web Development, PPC, Local SEO, Social Media, Content, and Client Success Management to ensure video assets are effectively leveraged across all marketing channels.
The Opportunity
The My Law Video Coordinator & AI Video Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of the My Law Video department. This role uniquely combines video production management, script copywriting, and AI-driven content creation to support marketing initiatives, strengthen brand storytelling, and drive client acquisition for law firms across the country.
You will work closely with video editors, marketing strategists, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality output, and continuous innovation. This is not just an execution role — it is a strategic position at the intersection of video production, AI-powered automation, and legal marketing compliance, with a clear path to senior leadership within the agency.
As AI continues to transform how content is created, reviewed, and distributed, this role places you at the forefront of that revolution — implementing advanced AI tools like Claude and Gemini, building automation workflows, and measurably improving the efficiency and output of one of the agency's most impactful departments.

What You'll Do
A hybrid role spanning video production management, AI-powered automation, legal compliance, and cross-team collaboration.
Oversee and manage end-to-end video production workflows in collaboration with internal editors. Ensure organized execution, on-time delivery, and consistent brand quality across attorney interviews, educational video series, and YouTube content libraries of 200+ assets.
Write compelling video scripts that simplify complex legal topics into clear, client-focused messaging. Apply persuasive storytelling frameworks to support brand authority and lead generation, while reviewing all content for Florida Bar Rule 4-7 compliance prior to publication.
Implement and iterate on AI-powered tools (Claude, Gemini, custom workflows) to streamline content creation, review, and production workflows. Design AI-assisted systems for content optimization and operational efficiency — measurably reducing manual review time.
Maintain a strong understanding of legal marketing requirements, including Bar compliance and ethical advertising standards. Ensure zero compliance violations or content takedowns by reviewing all scripts and video assets prior to publication.
Manage WordPress/Elementor pages for video content, support HubSpot CRM workflows, and work with APIs, n8n automation, and Python-based tools. Accurately track lead attribution and support ROI analysis for video-driven traffic across all channels.
Work closely with video editors, marketing strategists, PPC, Local SEO, Social Media, and Client Success teams. Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and research emerging video and AI trends to keep the My Law Video department competitive and innovative.
How Success Is Measured
Coordinate and deliver 200+ video assets without missed deadlines or workflow breakdowns
Ensure all scripts and content meet Florida Bar Rule 4-7 compliance prior to publication
Accurately track lead attribution and minimize unknown source leads through proper tracking
Demonstrate measurable improvements in workflow efficiency through AI implementation
Maintain WordPress/Elementor pages and support HubSpot CRM workflows tied to content performance
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality deliverables and project close-out
